All staff complete induction training covering our business outline, mission, organisational structure, systems, health and safety, equal opportunities and diversity, environmental policy, and grievance and disciplinary procedures.

Site Training
All potential applicants must possess a valid SIA Licence. The applicants employed by the company will be fully vetted.

Ongoing Training
With ongoing training, we provide our officers with yearly in-house training that help our team meet best practices.

Screening & Vetting
All our security officers are fully screened and vetted in accordance with British standards.
